Workshop Craftsmanship

With state-of-the-art equipment and skilled craftsmanship, our joiners construct each piece with precision and care. We use premium materials and innovative technology to ensure the highest quality standards.

Our workshop is equipped with cutting-edge machinery, including two CNC machines that allow us to handle large-scale cabinetry and intricate cuts with accuracy. We also use an advanced edge bander to deliver seamless glue lines and a flawless finish on every panel. This level of precision means every joinery piece is built not just to look beautiful, but to last.

Our Process for reliable success

Consultation

Our in-depth consultations for kitchens and pantries usually take 2–3 hours, ensuring we understand your needs fully. For other areas, additional consultations may be required for a comprehensive approach.

Quotation & Design Finalisation

For complex projects, we provide detailed elevation drawings to ensure clarity and precision before finalising your quote.

Deposit & Planning

Once you accept the quote, we require a deposit to kick off the planning process. Appliance choices are discussed and incorporated at this stage.

Site Measure & Final Working Drawings

After the deposit is received and key elements like windows/rondos are in place, we carry out a precise site measure. Final working drawings and 3D renders are then created for your approval before production begins.

Final Review

Once benchtops are templated and installed, we collaborate with you to refine the final details, ensuring everything meets your expectations.

Brendon – Founder & Master Joiner

With over 20 years of experience in the joinery trade, Brendon has been hands-on since day one. Starting out as an apprentice in Southland, he worked his way up through the industry, refining his craft and developing a keen eye for detail. Whether it’s tackling a complex design challenge or fine-tuning the finishing touches, Brendon is always striving to push the boundaries of craftsmanship.

Kate – Co-Owner & Client Liaison

Kate is the glue that holds B&M Joinery together. With a background in travel consultancy and business management, she keeps things running smoothly, making sure every project is handled with care and efficiency. From managing operations to engaging with clients and showcasing our latest projects on social media, Kate brings an eye for detail and a whole lot of heart to the team.

Oakley – Office Companion

Every good team needs a morale booster, and Oakley is ours! Our friendly office dog is always around to welcome clients with a wagging tail and keep the team company throughout the day. Whether he’s snoozing in the sun or greeting visitors at the door, Oakley is an important member of B&M Joinery.
