Do you supply appliances too?

Yes—we can supply appliances via the Mastercraft shop. If you're doing your kitchen with us, we can offer special discounts and either order for you or guide you to purchase directly through the platform.

What if something needs adjusting after installation?

Joinery can settle slightly once it’s in use (especially once those drawers are loaded up with pots and pans!). If something needs tweaking—like drawer runners or alignment—just let us know. We’ll come and sort it under your warranty.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes, we do. All our kitchens are backed by a Mastercraft warranty, with a QR code sticker discreetly placed inside your cabinetry. It’s registered to your kitchen, and it stays with the house even if it’s sold—so future homeowners are covered too.

Do you offer kitchen renovations in Central Otago?
